Hey, sweet people, I’m Eshita, your partner and support system on this journey of online spiritual guidance. Before I share how I can support you, it’s more important to tell you why I created The Mystic Dream Portal. Because I, too, reached a point in life where I felt lost, disconnected, and unsure of what my soul truly needed. It was through energy work and self-healing practices like Reiki that I began reconnecting with myself and slowly, a deeper awakening unfolded. When I came to you, I wasn’t even sure what was wrong. I just knew I felt heavy. Like I was carrying something I couldn’t put into words-something that had been sitting in my chest for so long, it started to feel normal
But the moment you started the session, I don’t know what happened. Out of nowhere, the tears came. Not just a few-a flood. I wasn’t even thinking about anything specific, but my body had to just let it go.
By the time we finished, I felt a sense of peace. Like I had been holding my breath for years without knowing it.
